I live in Alaska or Hawaii, can you ship to me?

Unfortunately, Seamfil, FloorFil, SF-99 and FF-99 cannot be shipped to either state due to restraints on shipping the chemicals they contain .   We can ship our ColorFlex, ColorFlex II, Axiom25, WoodFil Epoxy and ColorStik products to Alaska and Hawaii with an additional shipping charge.  To order these products, please call our Customer Service department at […]

Can we ship to Canada?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Canada.

Can I overnight SeamFil?

Unfortunately SeamFil is hazardous and must be shipped ground.  We cannot expedite shipping beyond what the carriers will provide for ground shipping.

Why can’t I send my order to a P.O. Box?

Since we have to ship everything ground and some of our products are flammable the mail providers we use will not ship to a P.O. Box.

How can I get tracking information?

When will my order ship?

Orders for ColorFlex and ColorFlex II usually ship in 5-8 business days and all other products ship in 3-5 business days. Transit time ranges from 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately for most of our products we are forced to ship by ground.  Some of our products contain chemicals that are flammable so we cannot send them USPS which would be a less expensive option.  We are consistently looking for less expensive ways to get our products to our consumers.
