If you receive an order that was damaged, incorrect or missing an item, please call our Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving the order and we will correct it as follows:
- If the incorrect product was shipped – we will send a Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item and ship the correct one out.
- If an item was missing from the order – we will have the item sent out to you immediately.
- If an item arrives damaged – we will replace the damaged item.
Kampel’s Kitchen & Bath products have a shelf-life ranging from 1-2 years on average. These products are produced in small batches to ensure customers receive fresh, quality product. Due to this relatively short shelf-life, we do not re-stock or re-sell returned goods and therefore do not accept returns for reasons other than those stated above.
