Shipping Questions

Unfortunately for most of our products we are forced to ship by ground. Some of our products contain chemicals that are flammable so we cannot send them USPS which would be a less expensive option. We are consistently looking for less expensive ways to get our products to our consumers.

When will my order ship?

Orders for ColorFlex and ColorFlex II usually ship in 5-8 business days and all other products ship in 3-5 business days. Transit time ranges from 1-5 business days depending on your location.

How can I get tracking information?

If you place your order over the phone and you would like tracking to be included please give your email to our customer service representative and let them know you would like a tracking number. All orders placed through the website will automatically receive tracking information when it ships. If for some reason you do not receive your tracking information please call us at PH: 877-318-8001.

Why can’t I send my order to a P.O. Box?

Since we have to ship everything ground and some of our products are flammable the mail providers we use will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Can I overnight SeamFil?

Unfortunately SeamFil is hazardous and must be shipped ground. We cannot expedite shipping beyond what the carriers will provide for ground shipping.

I live in Alaska or Hawaii, can you ship to me?

Unfortunately, Seamfil, FloorFil, SF-99 and FF-99 cannot be shipped to either state due to restraints on shipping the chemicals they contain . We can ship our ColorFlex, ColorFlex II, Axiom25, WoodFil Epoxy and ColorStik products to Alaska and Hawaii with an additional shipping charge. To order these products, please call our Customer Service department at 877-318-8001.
