General Questions

Standard Colors are a line of colors that Kampel Enterprises Inc. always has in stock.  For Seamfil there are twenty standard colors that can be mixed by an individual to match any color.  For ColorFlex there are 219 colors that most countertops can be closely matched to.  However if you cannot mix the color you want or find a close match in ColorFlex then we have our Special Colors.  Special Colors are colors that are specially mixed by our in house color specialists to match the majority of the four major Laminate producers.

To order products for laminate colors not listed on this website, call us at 1-877-318-8001 and tell us which sample(s) you are interested in ordering. Please give the type, name and number of laminate if possible. We will contact you and confirm whether or not we have that particular sample in-house to match your laminate color, or if you need to send us a sample in the mail. We are able to make custom colors for any samples supplied to us.

If you are able to locate a Home Depot or Lowes in your area, visit their kitchen department for counter materials and current laminate line. From the chips they show you should be able to find one that you feel is close to the color of your own. For laminate flooring, visit the section of their store where flooring is sold. They typically have samples available to compare also.

If you receive an order that was damaged, incorrect or missing an item, please call our Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving the order and we will correct it as follows:

  • If the incorrect product was shipped – we will send a Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item and ship the correct one out.
  • If an item was missing from the order – we will have the item sent out to you immediately.
  • If an item arrives damaged – we will replace the damaged item.

Kampel’s Kitchen & Bath products have a shelf-life ranging from 1-2 years on average.  These products are produced in small batches to ensure customers receive fresh, quality product.  Due to this relatively short shelf-life, we do not re-stock or re-sell returned goods and therefore do not accept returns for reasons other than those stated above.
