What is the difference between Standard Colors and Special Colors?

Standard Colors are common choices for repairing all types of name brand laminates. However, these are still only close matches. For an exact match, order a Special Color by finding the specific type of laminate (Formica, Nevamar, Pionite or Wilsonart) and finish from the drop-down menus on each product page. You can also download Reference Charts on each product page by clicking the link below the product’s description. Use these charts to find your specific laminate and corresponding Kampel brand Special Color.

I can’t find the color I’m looking for. What do I do?

To order products for laminate colors not listed on this website, email jkampel@kampelent.com and tell us which sample(s) you are interested in ordering. Please give the type, name and number of laminate if possible. We will contact you and confirm whether or not we have that particular sample in-house to match your laminate color, or if you need to send us a sample in the mail. We are able to make custom colors for any samples supplied to us.

Why can’t I see video playing on the website?

Why can’t I open the Reference Charts on my computer?

Most likely you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Reference Charts are available for download in PDF format. CLICK HERE to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Do you have a return policy?

If there is an error with your order (product shipped is incorrect, product is defective, etc.), you may return it within 30 days of original purchase. Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it. Customer assumes all risks associated with the handling and use of purchased products.

What are your shipping specifications?

All shipments are UPS ground and will ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. Orders only within the Continental U.S. please.
